Many of us feel stuck or frustrated, and often, the root of this dissatisfaction lies in living a life that is out of alignment with our core values. I lived like this for years stuck in a career that no longer aligned with my values and was hammering my mental health but I felt like I had to stay in it because people told me it was a “good job”
The good news is that by identifying and living our personal values, we can transform our lives in profound ways. When I really started to lean into my personal values and aligned them with what I did in my daily life things started to shift for me, I began to see a way out, a different path and since I have made a change my mental health has been significantly better.
